Skin is one of the most vital organs of our body. And therefore it needs that extra care. Vitamins have an important role to play in maintaining and enhancing the health of your skin. And that’s why eating right and living right is the best way to have a good and healthy skin. 
Vitamins have antioxidant properties which work wonderfully on the skin. However, deficiency in vitamins makes the skin dull. Vitamin A, C and E deficiency may make the skin look dull and dry. Vitamin C and vitamin E is believed to prevent the skin from any kind of damage. And on the other hand vitamin A protects the skin against sun rays.  
Apart from using good skin care products, it is vital to have right combination of vitamins in your food. Fish oil, cod liver oil, pork, carrots, beef are rich in vitamin A. All kinds of citrus fruits are rich in vitamin C. Egg yolks, green and leafy vegetables are rich in vitamin E.
